Kim Director (born November 13, 1977) is an American actress. Director was born in Florida and attended Carnegie Mellon University where she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting. Before her acting career took off, Kim Director waited tables in a Manhattan restaurant, Brother Jimmy’s BBQ, as did actress Diane Farr.

Despite her diverse portfolio, Kim Director is perhaps best known for the character Kim Diamond in Book of Shadows: Blair Witch 2 (2000) and her multiple TV appearances on shows like Law & Order, Sex and the City and CSI: Miami. There’s a reason why she has landed so many jobs in both film and TV — she tends to make every role her very own.

We like anyone we can instantly recognize, and Kim is recognizable regardless of the environment.

Her first film role was in 1998’s He Got Game, directed by Spike Lee. This was followed by Summer of Sam in 1999 and Bamboozled in 2000, both films also directed by Lee. In total, Director has appeared in five films directed by Lee.
She also has the ability to infuse a certain amount of charisma and intensity into every gig. So whether she’s the Goth chick in Book of Shadows: Blair Witch 2 or the classy, striking beauty we often see on TV, we know Kim when we see her.

This dark-haired actress’ wondrous blue eyes and stunning figure always help to jog our memory as well. Kim may be best known for her role as the goth girl Kim Diamond in the movie Book of Shadows: Blair Witch 2. To prepare for her role in Blair Witch 2, she visited various goth clubs and was once offered a job as a fetish model at a goth festival. She has also appeared in small guest roles on television shows Sex and the City, Law & Order, Law & Order: Criminal Intent, and Cavemen.
